Will the courses and/or eLearning give me full certification and compliance with hazardous substances?

Extensive research went into the design of all our courses to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA), and the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 (Regulation 4.5).

I've made a mistake or changed my mind and wish to cancel my order - Can i get a refund?

Some cancellations fees apply depending on when you were due to start the course, get in touch with us via the Contact Us page if in doubt.

Do you charge a credit card surcharge?

No, all credit card costs are absorbed by Environmental Resources.

I wish to dispute or make a complaint as I am not happy with a product or service I have purchased and/or received, how do I do this?

We aim to ensure all our clients are 100% happy with the products and services we provide.

Does your certificates expire?

Our certificates have a valid date of three years. This is a recommended renewal date rather than set in stone. Ultimately it is the PCBU who decides if new training needs to be undertaken. We are regularly updating our training to capture any new performance standards or interpretations of the regulations.
